Return Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your order and want to return it, simply email support@beachbocceball.com. Make sure your subject line reads "returned item" with contact information, and we will contact you within 24-48 hours to take care of your return. If you find it necessary to return the product due to material defect, please note the specific defect in your email.  You will be sent a replacement or offered a full refund, excluding shipping. Please note that in order for your return to be honored we must receive an email from you within 5 days of receiving your order.

Delivery Method and Timing

Each Beach Bocce Ball set has a shipping weight of approximately 12 lbs. Consequently, our shipping rates reflect this heavy weight. We ship by UPS with a full range of their shipping options available to our customers. As an example, shipping a Beach Bocce Ball set by UPS Ground (day-definite delivery typically in one to five days to all 50 states and Puerto Rico) from our Louisiana warehouse to a destination in the southern United States can range from $10 to $13.
